Location: Dublin, Ireland (Various NolaClan venues including 37 Dawson Street, House Dublin, 09 Below, and The Gables)
About the Role
As a member of our Waiting Staff team, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and assist them throughout their dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring high service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback with a professional and positive attitude.
About You
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a love for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
