TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made with NolaClan operated venues, whether via the venue website, third party booking agents or by telephone or otherwise. Please note that for promotional bookings the relevant additional terms and conditions should be consulted.
When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with the specific NolaClan venue you booked with.
All rates featured on the venue website or quoted by telephone or otherwise are offered subject to availability and the venue reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.
NolaClan accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay & Apple Pay.
Cash is also accepted.
We offer a full range of packages and pricing. Our packages and pricing will fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to availability and are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. Your price is guaranteed once you have been given a confirmation number.
Dinner reservations times cannot be guaranteed on line when make a bedroom reservation. If your booking includes dinner, please contact the hotel direct to confirm your preferred time in the restaurant and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
ADVANCE PURCHASE RATES
In general, our Advance Purchase rates are available 7 days a week, and are fully prepaid at time of booking. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable however we allow guests to make one transfer to a new date without penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival. The credit/debit card used to book the Advance Purchase rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required for any additional items purchased during the stay.
BEST FLEXIBLE RATES
In general, our Best Flexible Rates are available until the day of arrival. These rates allow you to alter or cancel your booking up until 12 Noon, 48 hours prior to the day of arrival without charge. Cancellations made after this time will incur a one night’s room charge.
PROMOTION & PARTNERSHIP RATES
These rates usually require a promotion code. Separate terms and conditions may apply which will take precedence over these standard booking terms and conditions.
WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES
Sleep Over Guests
Prices for breaks include twin or double bedrooms (single room for single guests) with colour TV, direct dial telephone and private en-suite bathroom.
For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges which you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the hotel’s bar and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with the venue that you irrevocably authorise the venue to debit your credit or debit card (see ‘Deposits and Pre-payments’ below) for the amount of any shortfall.
Beverage, Dining and Experience Guests
Prices for bar, dining and experience guests, if set menus or offers are set at time of confirmation with a confirmation email/number. Beverage and dining price is based on consumption. Management reserve the right to cease service in the event of excessive consumption.
During major sporting events, social events, conference and exhibitions certain rates may not be available. Certain dates may be subject to a minimum length of stay. All rates are subject to availability.
Superior Rooms and Suites may be available at a supplement per night. Please ask for details at time of booking.
Individual guests occupying a double or twin room for sole occupancy (where available) may benefit from a reduced rate at the hotel. Please ask at the time of booking.
Children under the age of twelve can share a room with two paying adults. There is a supplement of £/€15.00 per child per night. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought. The management of the venue will determine whether a room is suitable for the purpose of this offer.
GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY
Each NolaClan venue offers a selection of modified facilities for guests with impaired mobility offering mainly level access to public areas, accessible bedrooms and accessible bathrooms. Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with the venue that their requirements can be met before making a reservation. Please call the venue direct for details.
CHECKING IN AND OUT – ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Hotel rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manager.
Late check-out and / or early check-in may be available at a supplementary charge. Please contact the hotel if you would like to request this.
Rates which include breakfast offer a full traditional or continental breakfast with tea or coffee, unless stated otherwise.
Rates which include dinner include an allowance of £25.00 / €30.00 per adult and £10.00 / €15.00 per child. There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests and lunch cannot be taken in place of dinner.
Our Team is available to take your booking seven days a week from 8.30am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday.
When you make your booking you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid debit/credit card if booked on Best Flexible Rate, or to prepay if booked on our Advance Purchase Rates, partnership or promotional rates.
BALANCE OF MONIES OUTSTANDING
Prior to your departure from the venue you will be required to settle your bill.
On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the hotel to take pre-authorisation. If you are settling your account in cash or with a debit card, you will be asked for a deposit to cover the cost of your room for your stay (any extras which you may incur in the hotel will not be chargeable to your room account).
Guests are liable for any damages to their room and items therein. In the event of any damages the venue will debit your card for the amount required to cover the cost of replacement items or reinstatement of the room.
Each venue accepts all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
The credit/debit card used to book your reservation must be presented to reception on arrival at the venue.
GIFT VOUCHERS & VOUCHER PRIZES
NolaClan gift vouchers should be presented on check-in or when paying for your meal. NolaClan Gift vouchers and vouchers used as competition prizes, unless otherwise specified on the voucher, are valid for five year from date of issue.
NolaClan gift cards can be used in all NolaClan venues. Balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
All cancellations are made in accordance with the cancellation terms of the rate booked.
Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable and full pre-payment is taken at time of booking, however guests are permitted to make one transfer to a new date without penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Best Flexible Rates may be cancelled up until 12 Noon, 48 hours prior to the date of arrival without charge, after which a charge for the first night’s accommodation shall be payable.
Promotion and Partnership rates may only be cancelled in accordance with the specific terms applying to that rate which will be advised at the time of booking.
A cancellation number must be obtained to ensure that minimum charges are levied.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may make in relation to your stay with us, please note that these requests do not form part of our contract and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:
- accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
- make alternative arrangements with another hotel; or
- cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to the venue in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any stay with us.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our venues should be made in the first instance to the venue duty manager at the time of your reservation/stay so that it can be resolved at the time. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to email@example.com
BAR AND DINING RESERVATIONS
NolaClan operate a 120 minute reservation period for food and beverage bookings. Where possible, time period will be extended or an alternative table will be reserved, however advance notice of extension is desired to avoid disappointment. Tables will be held for 15 minutes, after which time, if without late arrival notice, tables will be released. We cannot guarantee specific areas/seats, and groups may be split across neighbouring tables for social distancing and service requirements.
We are unable to accommodate decorations or balloons in reserved areas. Our team are on hand to take care of your reservation needs and can aid you in adding personal touches to your event/booking.
NolaClan venues operate a smart dress code and will enforce a right to refuse entry policy in the event of distasteful and/or degrading dress and/or behaviour.
We kindly ask sleep over guests to avoid common areas when wearing sleep wear and/or dressing gowns.
CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS
NolaClan venues welcome Children and young adults to our venues, but request they have departed the venue no later than 8pm. We kindly ask that the attendance of children and young adults be notified to the venue on booking/reservation. In the event of a late dinner booking or private event, special exceptions may be granted at the discretion of venue General Manager. This must be confirmed in writing/email prior to the event.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information set out on our websites and marketing campaigns, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured on our websites or email campaigns or otherwise at any time.
All details are correct at time of publication, however may be subject to change from time to time.
NolaClan shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the hotel you make your booking is situated.
