Location: Dublin, Ireland (Various NolaClan venues including 37 Dawson Street, House Dublin, 09 Below, and The Gables)
About the Role
As a Host, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience. You’ll ensure smooth guest flow and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimise guest flow.
• Maintain accurate guest lists and handle walk-ins efficiently.
• Communicate seamlessly with the service and bar teams.
• Handle guest inquiries and ensure a positive first impression.
About You
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a love for people.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a host or in customer service is a plus.
