As a General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the operations and success of one of our vibrant venues. You will lead a passionate team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance while maintaining the unique NolaClan atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver top-tier service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient venue management.
• Manage budgets, stock, and financial performance to drive profitability.
• Develop and implement staff training programs to foster career growth and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
