Role

Reporting to the General Manager of the venue with a dotted line to the Group Sales Manager for Reservation & Events for functional support and development . Ensuring that the highest standard of guest satisfaction is achieved by providing creative and effective solutions to their hospitality requirements 

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the organisation of wonderful occasions for our guests
  • Working with the Group Sales Manager/ venue General Manager to increase revenues, reservations, events and relationships with clients
  • Being present at important events and/or greeting important customers
  • Responding in a timely manner to customer requests through unit CRM platform, answering all phone enquiries and respond to all incoming emails and place the booking in a suitable location or passing to another venue in real time
  • Quick transfer of bookings to sister venues, which cannot be fulfilled by your venue
  • Responding to all customer queries/feedback in a timely manner, and keeping the GM briefed on any issues requiring his/her attention
  • Reconfirmations of all bookings for the coming week, ensuring all the information is with the operational F&B  team before the guests arrive
  • Removing unconfirmed bookings
  • Forwarding any last minute changes to existing bookings
  • Invoicing, forwarding payment requests and following up on payments due 
  • Showing potential guests the venue and offering the best solutions for their event 
  • Working alongside the GM and team in the venue to ensure a great experience for our customers 
  • Achieving pre-set targets and sales objectives
